Risa Campaign #8 goes "home stay"

In my solo exhibition in 2001, Satogo Shigan was shown. It was quite different from previous Risa Campaign series which took place in public spaces.
The idea is to have my artworks left in ordinary families for a few days. During this art-home-stay, the host family video records their daily lives with my artwork as a home video.
The families would experience this non-human alien substance which intrudes into their private space. Later the same artworks are exhibited at some galleries or show windows. The host families may have a good luck to encounter the artworks again which reminds them of the experiences.
This art performance Satogo Shigan completes in a form of these families' memories of their days with my artworks at their home.
