Across the City (Jan 1998)

I released Helium balloons in several points in Tokyo. They carried letters in which I noted my name,postal address and a message requesting people to write me upon receipt of it.
I did not receive even a single reply though 150 balloons were released up in the sky.
This was one of innumerable one-way communication existing in the world.
