In front of a Yamanote Line Train Station
This tent-shaped balloon was exhibited in front of a busy train station
used by commuters in Tokyo. Those that were ruching by were invited to
come inside the balloon to experience a new view of the passing world,
without being seen by those outside.iJan.1997j
