Concept
I feel like I am not a single entity but am composed of two persons, which means that I have two different characters inside me. One of these characters is a person trying to be actively involved with people like in my past works such as those of the "Risa Campaign" series.
The other character within me is an opposite who shuts herself away in a room and refuses to participate in society. This character believes that time spent alone, daydreaming and in thought, is time spent in the best way for her. She is the model of this piece.
People observe my absent expression looking out at those who are sitting in the little hut. I hope as many people as possible get to see this work in as many places as possible. With this piece I believe the point at which the two characters within me cross over may come apparent.

A rather small history
I was a member of artists who joined an art residential program called ARCUS. Another Frence memeber suggested me to join "Air Air" exhibition.
The above photo is the draft that I prepared for the applicatoin.
I was very impressed by the French resolute decision to accept my participation only with that limited visual explanation of my artworks. They even offered me to take care of all the expenses to create that large artwork.
And the delay of their preparation for the exhibition might be French style.
