Risa Campaign vol.10 was created through a residential art program called ARCUS at Moriya, Ibaraki prefecture.
This town is composed of old residential areas and a new area which was developed about ten or a few more years ago. The mixture generated unique and rather strange atmosphere.
My stay in such town Moriya for some months inspired me with the image of this character.
In the workshop included in the ARCUS program, visitors were asked to go out for marking “Risa Campaign Street” following to the map shown on right.
